MEET SEYI ADIGUN

A literary life held close to people

Seyi Adigun is a poet, physician and populist. His writing moves between literature, human welfare and the demands of public life.

That range is held together by a concern for people. His literary record includes six published poetry collections. He also served as Chairman of the Association of Nigerian Authors, Abuja Chapter from 2008 to 2012.

Here, “populist” describes a citizen-centred concern for participation, welfare and accountable public life. It isn’t a party label or a campaign slogan.
